Revisiting the Mountain: Week 3 – “Assault and Light” Matthew 5:13-16

How can you be salt and light in the world this week for $5 or less?

That was the challenge given to the Mosaic community during the message on Matthew 5:13-16 entitled, “Assault and Light.” During the message we learned more about what Jesus meant when He called His disciples salt and light. They were not called to assault culture (in the sense of attacking others with the gospel, etc.) but to bring life, preservation and the very life of Jesus to the world around them.
